Established in 2014, the mission of Genesis Christian School International (GCSI) is to, ‘Raise a Generation of Leaders that Strives for Excellence and Godly Character’. To achieve the mission of the school, GCSI uses ACE curriculum to instruct the children. The founders of the school, (Mrs. Lilian Walusimbi together with her husband Dr. Simon Walusimbi) got the vision to establish a school that offers an alternative to public curriculum, based on Christian/Biblical principles. 

Emphasis on academic excellence without instilling Godly values may produce a generation of a workforce with brilliant minds albeit immoral.

Through spiritual nurturing of the students in the school, academic excellence is pursued alongside spiritual grooming. 

Starting with only two of their children in a garage setting, GCSI has grown in size to 50 children currently, thanks to the faithful partnership of the parents from different walks of life, who share the same vision with the school founders.  

GCSI caters to all grades starting with pre-schoolers to grade 8 currently. GCSI offers a rich curriculum to the students emphasizing numeracy and literacy from the very beginning of the child’s education. In line with the teaching methodology of A.C.E, the training of each child is individualized, based on the goals set by each individual child.

We have a team of well trained staff in A.C.E methodology as well as degrees and Diplomas in Education.

GCSI is a strong partner of the ACE movement in Uganda and participates actively in the programmes organized by the same movement.
